Statera means ‘balance’ in Latin. This is a blend of rhum agricole from the Damoiseau distillery (60%) and traditional rums from Guadeloupe (40%). Aged between five and six years in small American casks at the distillery. It is continuously under study to achieve an optimal balance between these two Guadeloupean methods.
