This vintage was the first in a series of three rums (2007, 2008 and 2009) characterised by optimal sunshine and a sugar cane crop boasting an exceptionally high sucrose content. The 2007 vintage has been aged for 10 years in small American oak ex-bourbon casks.

Rhum damoiseau Millésime 2008 : une vraie explosion de goût, le fruit de la passion caramélisé et la mangue confite rencontre le bois et la réglisse avec une légère mais persistante note végétale. Sur la finale la fraîcheur du jus de canne se marie parfaitement avec le piment végétalien et le cacao.
