The Damoiseau Rhum Agricole 2009 Vintage was born from a rum-production season characterised by optimal sunshine and a sugar cane crop boasting exceptionally high sucrose content. Aged for a minimum of 7 years in small, 220-l American oak barrels and reduced to 42% alcohol.
