- 50 ml Damoiseau White rum 40% or Gold 40%
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml cane syrup
- 1 sprig mint
- 80 ml sparkling water
- Pour the sugar cane syrup, lime juice and slightly chilled mint sprig into a tumbler glass filled with ice.
- Add the rum and sparkling water.
- Stir with a cocktail mixing spoon.
