The ESB Damoiseau Agricultural Rum is made from pure juice extracted from the finest selections of sugarcane grown in Grande-Terre. It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak vats ranging from 10,000 to 36,000 liters at the distillery, giving it subtle woody and spicy notes.
